How to Scrape and Extract Data from your Website List

In this tutorial, we will show you how to scrape and extract data from your website list into an Excel CSV spreadsheet using the CBT web scraper and email extractor. Generate accurate sales leads with laser precision with the world's most powerful email grabber software.

Run the CBT Web Scraper and open settings, Website List tab. Inside the tab, you will be able to upload 1) your website list inside a notepad text file or 2) an Excel CSV results file. If you are planning to upload your previous results file in a CSV format, the web scraper will extract data for your websites once again and try to fill out any missing records. It is important to ensure that the CSV file headers are not modified. You also have the option to split the entire file into sub files. This helps the web scraper and email extractor to run on multiple threads where each thread processes a split file.

You can still apply all the settings when extracting data from your website list. For example, you can still use your domain and content filters. It is still advisable to use proxies as you could still get blocked by websites that use security such as Cloudflare CDN.

Now you need to go to the main GUI and check the option to "Scrape emails from your website list".

You can re-scrape your Excel CSV spreadsheet files at any time you like.
